  Tim is very professional and genuine, instantly set me at ease with his friendly upbeat manner. He helped me with neck/back discomfort. The initial consultation involved a number of examinations and questions to help identify potential causes. He was not pushy in "upselling" follow on treatment instead encouraging me to consider a few small changes to my daily life which could help avoid having this problem in the future (adjusting computer screen and workstation set up, posture while seated, breaks from sitting, excercises, etc). He seemed like a genuine, sincere guy with focus on helping me feel better. Top quality service and highly recommended
